Affiliate Programme Terms

These Affiliate Programme Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Repose Affiliate Programme, operated by Repose Centre of Human Transformation (Registration No. 2024/228806/07), referred to as “Repose”, “we”, “us” or “our”. By applying to or taking part in the programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the programme is

The Repose Affiliate Programme is a referral arrangement. When a person you refer, using your unique referral link, purchases a genuine Repose product (such as an event ticket) at its normal published price, you earn a commission on that sale.

2. How you earn commission

• Commission is earned solely on completed, paid-for sales of Repose products made directly through your referral link.
• You do not earn commission for recruiting other affiliates, for sign-ups, for building a team or “downline”, or for any activity other than a genuine product sale.
• The programme has no multi-level, recruitment-based or “pay-to-recruit” compensation of any kind.
• Any product you choose to buy (such as a guide or ticket) has independent value and is never a fee to join the programme or a condition of earning from recruitment.

3. Eligibility and approval

Participation is open to individuals and entities who apply and are approved by Repose. Approval, and continued participation, are at Repose’s sole discretion. Repose may decline, suspend or remove any affiliate at any time, including for breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

4. Payment of commission

• Commission is a share of the sale value of each qualifying, completed sale attributed to your referral link, at the rate communicated to you when you join.
• Commission becomes payable only after the customer’s payment has cleared, any applicable refund or cooling-off period has passed, and Repose has verified the sale.
• Repose may withhold or reverse (claw back) commission on sales that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or made in breach of these Terms.
• Payments are made to the bank account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for your own tax obligations on any commission earned.

5. Participation categories

Repose may offer different participation categories based on an affiliate’s reach or platform. The category, any targets, and the commission rate are communicated to you and may be varied by Repose on reasonable notice. Reaching a target is not a condition of earning commission on sales you have actually made, and is never a guarantee of earnings beyond genuine sales concluded through your link.

6. Not a pyramid or multiplication scheme

This programme is not a pyramid scheme, multiplication scheme or chain-letter scheme as contemplated in section 43 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or its regulations. Commission arises only from the sale of genuine products at a fair price, and never from the recruitment of participants. Nothing in the programme should be interpreted or operated as such a scheme.

7. Your conduct and the law

You must promote Repose honestly and lawfully. You may not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims, send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or imply guaranteed income. You must comply with the Consumer Protection Act, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and all other applicable law. You are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent or partner of Repose — and may not represent that you are, or bind Repose in any way.

8. Your information (POPIA)

Personal and banking details you provide are processed under POPIA solely to operate the programme and pay commission, and are not shared except as required to make payment or by law.

9. Changes, suspension and ending the programme

Repose may amend, suspend or end the programme, or these Terms, at any time on reasonable notice. Commission that has already been earned and verified on completed sales will be honoured in accordance with these Terms.

10. Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repose is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the programme. You indemnify Repose against any claim, loss or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful conduct.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
