Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Repose platform, operated by Repose Centre of Human Transformation (Registration No. 2024/228806/07), referred to as "Repose", "we", "us", or "our". By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership and Accounts

To access our premium services, you must register for an account and become a member. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

2. Repose Academy Membership

The Repose Academy is a membership programme billed at R1,200 per month over a six-month commitment period. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

• Membership is a six-month commitment, billed monthly
• Payment is processed automatically each month via Paystack
• Access to Academy content, resources, and webinars is maintained for active members only
• Cancellation is available after completion of the six-month programme (see our Refund and Cancellation Policy)

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable membership fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of your commitment.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your access to premium content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Reproduce, resell, distribute, or share any Academy content or intellectual property
• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour within the community
• Disclose the personal information or stories shared by other members outside of Repose spaces

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Repose platform — including but not limited to the Academy curriculum, ebooks, guides, frameworks, module content, webinar recordings, written materials, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Repose and its founder. This content is protected and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed in any form. Please refer to our Content Protection Policy for full details.

6. Code of Conduct

By joining the Academy, you agree to uphold our Code of Conduct, which includes respect and dignity toward all members, confidentiality, protection of intellectual property, account security, personal commitment to your growth, and integrity in all interactions. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Academy without refund.

7. Wellness, Retreats, and Other Services

Repose Wellness programmes are provided on a quotation basis and are subject to separate agreements confirmed at the time of booking. Retreats and events are subject to their own terms, pricing, and cancellation policies communicated at the time of registration.

8. Disclaimers

The Repose Academy and all associated content are provided for personal development, educational, and transformational purposes. Our programmes are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. Results vary from person to person and depend on individual engagement and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding month.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, violate the Code of Conduct, or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its community. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
