Content Protection Policy

This Content Protection Policy sets out the terms governing the use and protection of intellectual property provided by Repose Centre of Human Transformation (Registration No. 2024/228806/07), referred to as "Repose", "we", "us", or "our". By accessing any Repose content, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership of Content

All content made available through the Repose platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Repose and its founder, Lebogang Mokgothu. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Repose Academy Foundation curriculum and all module content
• The specialised track content (Submarine, Eagle, and Rocket Ship)
• Original frameworks, including the Behaviour Loop, the Soul Account, and related teachings
• The ebooks Change Your Channel, the Embodiment & Alignment to the Fruits of the Spirit Guide, and the Be Powerful Guide
• Webinar recordings, workbooks, reflection exercises, and assignments
• All written, visual, and audio materials, branding, and design

2. Permitted Use

As an active member, you are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own personal development and growth. This means you may:

• Read and view the content within the secure member platform
• Apply the teachings and frameworks in your own life
• Complete assignments and reflection exercises for your personal use

3. Prohibited Use

Members and users may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any content in any form
• Resell, license, or commercially exploit any content
• Distribute, share, or publish content outside of the platform
• Share login credentials or provide account access to others
• Record, screenshot, or capture content for redistribution
• Create derivative works based on Repose's intellectual property
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4. Platform-Gated Content

Academy module content is viewable only within the secure member platform and is not provided as downloadable files. This is a deliberate measure to protect the integrity and exclusivity of the intellectual property that members have paid to access.

5. Downloadable Resources

Where specific resources are made available for download at our discretion, they may be watermarked with your name and email address. These downloads remain the intellectual property of Repose and are subject to the same restrictions set out in this policy.

6. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this Content Protection Policy may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund, and may expose you to legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights. We take the protection of our content seriously and will enforce our rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any unauthorised use, sharing, or distribution of Repose content, please report it to us at support@repose.co.za. We are grateful to our community for helping protect the integrity of this work.
