Wellness Service Terms

These terms apply to Repose Wellness programmes delivered to organisations and institutions by Repose Centre of Human Transformation (Registration No. 2024/228806/07), referred to as “Repose”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. They are shared with organisations at the point of enquiry and form part of the proposal we send you. Nothing on this page is a binding quotation — your final investment is confirmed in writing in your proposal before any booking.

1. Programme fees

Programme fees are quoted per engagement, based on the programme stream, duration, and number of participants. Any founding or promotional rate (such as the Live Experience founding corporate rate) applies only for the period and conditions stated at the time it is offered. All fees exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Travel and accommodation

Delivery within Gauteng includes travel at no additional charge.

For engagements outside Gauteng, return travel, airport and local transfers, and accommodation for the facilitator(s) are quoted at cost, confirmed in writing in your proposal, and paid before any booking is made — so this is always your money, never ours to carry. No travel or accommodation is arranged, incurred, or charged without your written approval of the quoted amount. Where you prefer, your organisation may arrange and cover the facilitator’s travel and accommodation directly, in line with your own travel policy.

Travel is quoted at cost precisely so that neither party carries a hidden or inflated charge: you pay the genuine cost of getting the programme to your people, and nothing more.

3. Minimum engagement outside Gauteng

Because out-of-province delivery carries travel and time commitments, a minimum engagement size or value may apply for engagements outside Gauteng. Any such minimum is confirmed in your proposal before you commit. Where it helps, we may schedule more than one engagement in the same region and week so that travel costs are shared fairly across clients.

4. Booking, deposit and payment

Dates are reserved once your proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received. The deposit secures your dates and the facilitator’s time; the balance, including any approved travel and accommodation, is payable as set out in your proposal and invoice. Payment is made by EFT or through our approved payment providers.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Rescheduling is always the simplest option. You may move a confirmed booking to a future date at no cancellation fee, provided you give reasonable notice and suitable dates are available.

If you cancel a confirmed booking instead of rescheduling, you may choose one of two options:

• Cash refund — Repose retains 50% of the amount you have paid as a cancellation fee, and refunds the remaining 50% to you.
• Voucher credit — Repose retains 30% as a cancellation fee, and issues the remaining 70% as a credit valid for 12 months, which you may apply to a future booking of the same or an equivalent programme, subject to availability.

The cancellation fee covers the date held for you and other work turned away on your behalf. Travel and accommodation are paid before any booking is made, so if you cancel after travel has been booked, any portion that cannot be refunded (such as flights) is simply not refundable — it is separate from the options above, and Repose does not ask you to pay it again.

6. Delivery and your responsibilities

You agree to provide a suitable venue (or to have us source one, where quoted), reasonable access and facilities for delivery, and accurate participant numbers in good time. Material changes to numbers or scope on or near the delivery date may affect the fee and are confirmed in writing.

7. Nature of the programmes

Repose Wellness programmes are developmental and educational. They are designed to strengthen identity, emotional intelligence, and leadership capacity, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Outcomes depend on each participant’s engagement and circumstances.
